Initial Consultation and Site Analysis

Our initial site analysis and assessment can be performed for a variety of reasons including Master Plan reporting for development application or as a simple analysis of a small residential garden. The aim of the initial consultation and site analysis is to collect and collate specific site information and define the design brief, this information is used as the foundation for future landscape plans.

Landscape Concept plans

Concept plans will be designed for you based on information obtained during our consultation process. Ideas and visions will be relayed through mood boards to determine proposed materials, planting schemes and hardscape elements. This phase of landscape design process is entirely collaborative and translated into a Landscape Concept plan. Following the creation of a Landscape Concept Plan, your future development will be categorised with reference to Local Council Landscape Policy and the requirement of council approvals will be determined.

Landscape Masterplans

Once the Landscape concept plan has been approved, a Landscape masterplan will be created including the construction detail drawings, planting schedules, material lists and Development Application plans (if required). At this point you will receive a quotation for the planned construction and installation works.
